This page is for EU customers who wish to submit a statutory withdrawal request for an eligible non-custom order.

Most OCHRE Handcrafted goods are made to order, and many are custom-made, personalized, modified, or made to the customer’s specifications. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
