SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise specified, everything in the OCHRE handcrafted lineup is made-to-order just for you. Production times vary by product-type and current workload, and all lead times are noted at checkout. Your order is GUARANTEED to be in the mail by the scheduled ship date, we've never missed a single deadline!

WARRANTY:
Every effort is made to ensure that these goods will endure the test of time. Guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, each product is covered by a lifetime free repair policy. The OCHRE name has an excellent track-record, but in the unlikely event that your piece is not performing as it should, you can trust that this maker stands behind his product and is faithfully committed to making it right.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:
Everything in the OCHRE Handcrafted lineup is made to order. Custom-made, personalized, or modified goods -including items made with custom sizing, personalization, leather/hardware combinations, or other requested changes- are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error. Non-personalized, unused, regular production items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of order placement. *Standard returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to offset credit card processing charges.

EU customers: Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, eligible non-custom goods may be returned/withdrawn within the required EU cooling-off period. This does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. To submit an eligible EU withdrawal request, use the EU withdrawal request form.

How do the materials look in person?
Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.
