Every effort is made to ensure that these goods will endure the test of time. Guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects, each product is covered by a lifetime free repair policy. The OCHRE name has an excellent track-record, but in the unlikely event that your piece is not performing as it should, you can trust that this maker stands behind his product and is faithfully committed to making it right.
Custom-made and/or personalized goods are not eligible for return or exchange. Non-personalized, unused, regular production items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
How do the materials look in person?
Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.
2-3 months for a bag, are you joking?
These bags are individually made-to-order just for you - It's a meticulous process for which no compromises are made, and no corners are cut. My aim is to produce the absolute best piece possible. This means using the best materials, best construction methods, best design implementation, and lots of patience. They're not designed to meet a certain price point, they're simply made the best way I know how. Some of the bags in the lineup can block off a whole week of regular production! Yup, these bags are slow-made, and that's how we like it.
