The FOLK-style leather guitar strap is handmade with careful attention to detail, featuring a 1" strap width and a sliding shoulder pad for added comfort. This minimal design doesn’t stray far from the straps folk heroes of the 60’s once wore, a classic leather guitar strap for acoustic and folk players. This strap is crafted using full grain harness leather from the Wickett & Craig tannery - the kind of leather that improves with age. It is especially well-suited for music straps: soft springy feel, superb durability, brilliant burnish, and an almost supernatural patina. These straps are handmade using heritage leathercraft and traditional vegetable-tanned leathers. They will be at your service for many years, taking on a wonderful rich character with age.

Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.
