Handcrafted one-at-a-time, and designed to be at your service for many years -these custom leather mandolin straps will take on a wonderful rich character with age.

The main strap is 2cm wide, and It has a sliding shoulder pad for extra comfort. The included shoulder pad can also be removed for a slim streamlined look. It has a length range of 115-135cm (45"-53"), and is compatible with both A-style and F-style mandolins. For added comfort and durability, all edges are rounded and burnished smooth. The narrow section which sits under the strings/florentine measures 1.5cm wide by 3mm thick. Please ensure this sizing will work with your instrument. Several colours/configurations are available, and the strap can also be personalized with a unique name/monogram of your choice.

Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.

I really like this strap. I made a paracord cobra weave strap that I was using for my Washburn M3SW. While that looks great & functions fine, I still wanted a nice leather strap. I am very glad I purchased this one. I debated between the Fossil & Relic colors but decided on the lighter Fossil. Very pleased. I like it so much I may order another one in Relic.
